Tron: Evolution Release date

TRON: Evolution is gonna be great…even if the game sucks.  Let me tell you why:

I am a geek.  But more than that…I’m kinda an older geek too.  Many of my favorite childhood memories are tied to games and technology:

• My first computer was an Apple IIe.
• I played Donkey Kong in an arcade because Nintendo didn’t make consoles at this point.
• I remember typing LOAD “*”,8,1 during a break between classes to start Scramble loading on the Commodore Vic 20 off of a tape drive.
• I also remember what we started loading it during break, so that it had time to load before lunch…over an hour later.   Good times.

But there are few memories that are tied to both video games, technology, and my childhood that resonate with more strength & clarity, than my memories of watching TRON over and over again.  And now almost 30 years later…TRON is coming back. WHOO-HOO.   Tron: Evolution bridges the first Tron film with the new one, Tron: Legacy.
