I want to see your GAME FACE. As alluded to in some early posts, PDXBOX.NET is working on an ad campaign for a major tournament coming to Portland next year…and we need your help. We want to feature the faces of actual gamers for the ad campaign. Here it is…your chance at immortality. Kind of.

Call of Duty 6, aka Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is due out on Nov 10. Get ready folks…its gonna be a long ride. I found a great breakdown of all the launch events, as well as deals surrounding the release of this game. Thanks to pwnordie.com for some great coverage.
So I logged into Xbox Live today and the ad for Halo Waypoint was there. I had been working so hard I forgot this was coming out. I immediately downloaded the app, and launched. Pretty cool portal, and they did a good job making it easy to activate and get around the various screens.

We are excited to participate and even somewhat sponsor the 1337 Game Camp being held this Friday & Saturday. It will be held at the Intel Computer Clubhouse in North Portland. While this event is only for high school students, we are pretty excited to be involved.
